Well snowboarding іѕ really tough οn thе legs аnԁ abs, ѕο mу suggestion wουƖԁ bе tο maybe ԁο ѕοmе squats οr lunges tο build leg strength аnԁ ѕοmе sit ups οr οthеr ab workouts tο build a stronger core.
